Technician very professional and cleaned up any debris from drilling and installing unit. What was told to me over the phone was different from what the technician said. It wasn't what I expected in terms of service. Adt does protect your home but they will lie to any extent to get you to sign up.
They need to let the customer know that they will have paid additional amount the day of the installation. They already request you to pay an installation fee. So if you $99 installation fee you also need to be prepared to pay 1st and 2nd month monitoring fee within 24 hours not 73 hours.

I was told I was getting free equipment . Then the man come and start totaling the cost for equipment that I find out was not supposed to be in the package . I got this alarm system for a house that was empty and being renovated. I specifically asked if the contract could be transferred to the new homeowner and told yes. Now that I have a buyer for the home, they are trying to make me pay a $1300 cancellation penalty. Deal with ADT directly and skip this company. The place is in real need for a refurbishment, everything is old. No means of getting air into the room without undesired insects coming in as well.

The place is stinking hot everyday, all day and no relief. The price of almost €90 / day for such a room is a high price to low quality ratio. There is a common fridge in the hallway for the whole floor. Breakfast service is wanting badly, very unfriendly and does not like questions. No explanation as to how BF works but will not serve what is not available.
Sales Manager offered me a price that could not be honored at install, and misled me in terms of what equipment would be covered by their promotional equipment credit. I will be filing a formal complaint with ATD in a moment, and then terminating my service at the earliest possible time. I love ADT services but when making an appointment for start up.
